This notice explains how Fabulous processes personal data during the private beta. It is part of the conditions for accessing the service.
We process your sign-in email address, account information, uploaded files, annotations, projects and CAD results to provide, secure, test, evaluate and improve Fabulous. We retain account data and files while you use the service and for 24 months after your last activity. A longer period may apply where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Files are stored in European infrastructure. Files may also be processed by the model providers needed to produce a CAD result. Faber does not sell files or share them for advertising or prospecting.
Faber AI, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 103 155 172 and based at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, is responsible for this processing. Subject to applicable law, you may exercise your data-protection rights by writing to contact@faber.ai or lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
