What Fabulous does with what you drop on it.

Private beta. These terms govern access to Fabulous during its beta phase. The version above is recorded when you explicitly accept it.

1. What Fabulous is

Fabulous turns a technical drawing, a triangle mesh or a point cloud into editable CAD. You drop a file, an automated engineering agent writes and runs a parametric model to reproduce it, and you download the result as a STEP file.

It is operated by Faber AI, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 103 155 172, with its registered office at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France ("we", "us").

2. Your account

Signing in is through Google or Microsoft. We receive the verified email address provided by that identity provider and use it to identify you, to count your runs and to contact you about the service.

A beta account has a limited number of runs. We may change that limit, and we may suspend or close an account that is being used to attack the service or to work around the limit.

3. Your files, and where they go

When you drop a file, it:

• is uploaded to our servers, where the job runs;
• may be sent to the model provider needed to produce the requested CAD result, because reading your drawing or scan is what the service does;
• is stored in European infrastructure and retained while you use the service, then for 24 months after your last activity;
• may be retained by Faber for internal research, evaluation, security, testing and improvement of Fabulous.

Account records and uploaded files are retained while you use the service, then for 24 months after your last activity, subject to a longer period where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your files or make them available for advertising or prospecting.

4. Your files

You confirm that you have the right to upload the files you submit. You retain ownership of your files and of the CAD we return. You grant Faber a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, evaluate and improve Fabulous using those files.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, with no warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. A beta service may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn without notice, and a job may fail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and in particular not for the cost of parts manufactured from output you did not verify. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes, and the law

We may update these terms. The version string on this page changes with them, and your account records the version you accepted. We will require an explicit acceptance of a new version before access resumes.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
